5-3-2: LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY RUNNING AT LARGE:

A. Animals Running At Large Prohibited: No person shall permit any livestock or poultry to run at large within the limits of the city. Such person shall, in addition to any fine, be liable to any person, firm or corporation who shall suffer any damages caused by a violation of this section.

B. Animals Distrained: Any livestock or poultry found running at large within the limits of the city may be distrained and impounded as provided in chapter 172, Wisconsin statutes. (1975 Code Ch. 11 § VII)
