A. Circuit Court Jurisdiction: The Dunn County Circuit Court of civil jurisdiction shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the Juvenile Court in proceedings against minors ages twelve (12) through seventeen (17) years for violation of this Code pursuant to section 938.17(2)(b), Wisconsin Statutes. The citation procedure described in section 938.237, Wisconsin Statutes, may be used in such cases where applicable to adults charged with the same offense. If a citation is issued to a minor, the minor's parent, guardian or legal custodian shall be notified of said issuance within seven (7) days. If a court finds the minor violated a Municipal ordinance, it may enter any of the dispositional orders permitted under section 938.343, Wisconsin Statutes.
B. Underage Persons: In addition to any other provisions of this Code, no underage person, as defined in chapter 125, Wisconsin Statutes, shall violate any provision of chapter 125, Wisconsin Statutes. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of chapter 125, Wisconsin Statutes, are intended to be made a part of this section in order to secure uniform statewide regulation.
C. Vandalism: No minor shall intentionally cause damage to any physical property of another individual without that person's consent.
D. Loitering On School Property: No minor aged fourteen (14) through seventeen (17), after first being warned by a law enforcement officer or a school official, shall remain, loiter or idle on public school grounds during scheduled school hours. This shall not apply to minors who have obtained special permission from school officials in accordance with the school rules and regulations.
E. Tobacco Products: No person in the City shall violate any provision of section 254.92, Wisconsin Statutes. (1975 Code Ch. 11 § XIII)
