5-1-5: OFFENSES INVOLVING MORALS:
No person in the city shall:
   A.   Registration Under Fictitious Name: Write or cause to be written or knowingly permit to be written, in any register in any hotel, lodging house, rooming house, or other place whatsoever where transients are accommodated in the city, any other or different name or designation than the true name of the person so registered therein, or the name by which the person is generally known. Each hotel or motel keeper must keep a registry of guests, which shall be kept current at all times. The hotel or motel keeper shall enter into said registry the names of all guests immediately after each person has signed a registration card at such hotel or motel. The registries shall be made available to police department at its request.
   B.   Indecent Exposure: Publicly expose sexual organs or make any indecent gestures.
   C.   Window Peeping: Look, peer or peep into, or be found loitering around or within view of any window within a building occupied as the residence of another with the intent of watching or looking through said window to observe any person undressed, or in the act of dressing or undressing.
   D.   Animals:
      1.   Cruelty To Animals: Overdrive, overload, drive when overloaded, overwork, torture, cruelly beat, mutilate or needlessly kill, or carry or transport in any vehicle or other conveyance in a cruel and inhumane manner, any animal, or cause any of these acts to be done.
      2.   Food And Shelter: Fail to provide any animal in his charge or custody with necessary sustenance, drink and protection from the elements, or cause any of these acts to be done.
      3.   Abandonment: Abandon any animal, or cause such act to be done.
      4.   Fight Upon Exhibition: Maintain any place where fowl or any animals are suffered to fight upon exhibition, or for sport upon any wager.
      5.   Poisoning Pets: Poison any pet or distribute poison in any manner whatsoever with the intent or for the purpose of poisoning any dog or any other pets.
      6.   Killing Animals: Frighten, shoot at, wound, kill, take, capture, ensnare, net, trap or in any other manner molest or injure any song bird or insectivorous bird; or in any manner molest or injure the nest, eggs or young of any such bird, or have in possession the nest, eggs, young or body of such bird.
