The city health officer or his or her designee, building inspector, police department or fire department shall have the power, whenever they deem it necessary, to enter upon the premises regulated in this chapter to ascertain whether the premises are in compliance with this chapter. The above listed departments or officers may issue compliance orders and citations pursuant to the provisions of this code. (Ord. 2010-06, 6-21-2010, eff. 7-5-2010)
