4-7-6: VIOLATIONS:
Each and every violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and each and every day any provision of this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate offense for which a forfeiture may be imposed. (1975 Code Ch. 10 § V)
