4-7-3: STORAGE ALLOWED:

This chapter shall not apply to any junked motor vehicle or motor vehicle accessories or any abandoned motor vehicle stored within an enclosed building, licensed automobile salvage yards, or auto repair and auto body shops, but this chapter shall apply to automobile service stations or tire, battery and accessory sales stores. (1975 Code Ch. 10 § V)
