4-4-7: TRANSPORTING OF ELM WOOD PROHIBITED:
No person, firm or corporation shall transport within the city any bark-bearing elm wood or material without first securing the written permission of the forester. (1975 Code Ch. 10 § II; amd. 2009 Code)
