4-4-3: INSPECTION:
   A.   City Forester; Authority:
      1.   The city forester shall inspect or cause to be inspected all premises and places within the city at least twice each year to determine whether any "public nuisance" as defined in section 4-4-1 of this chapter, exists thereon, and shall also inspect or cause to be inspected any elm tree reported or suspected to be infected with the Dutch elm disease fungus or any elm bark bearing material reported or suspected to be infested with the elm bark beetle.
      2.   The city forester shall have the authority to enter upon private premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of carrying out any of the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   Interference With City Forester Prohibited: No person, firm or corporation shall prevent, delay or interfere with the city forester or any of his agents or city employees while they are engaged in the performance of duties imposed by this chapter. (1975 Code Ch. 10 § II; amd. 2009 Code)
