The penalty for violation of this chapter shall be a forfeiture of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), plus statutory costs of prosecution. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation of this chapter occurs or continues. This chapter shall not preclude the city from maintaining any appropriate action to prevent or remove a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2005-22, 12-19-2005)
