4-3-3: PROHIBITION OF SOLID FUEL FIRED OUTDOOR HEATING DEVICES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to install, construct, operate or use a solid fuel fired outdoor heating device in the city, except as set forth in section 4-3-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 2005-22, 12-19-2005)
