No person, firm or corporation, or their agents, shall sell any unprocessed agricultural products from a temporary location within said City or in furtherance of such purpose, hire, lease, use or occupy any building, structure, motor vehicle, tent, railroad car, or boat, public room in hotels, lodging houses, apartments, shops, or any street, alley or other place within the City for the purpose of such sale without first having given the City Health Officer an opportunity to inspect the said goods and to receive the approval of the City Health Officer for their sale. If such approval is given, the City Health Officer shall deliver evidence of the said approval; which said evidence shall be displayed at all times during sale of the unprocessed agricultural products.
