3-22-6: NOTICE OF VIOLATION:
   A.   Whenever the inspection department determines that there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of any provisions of this chapter or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, it shall give notice of such alleged violation to the owner as hereinafter provided. Such notice shall:
      1.   Be put in writing.
      2.   Include a statement of the reasons why it is being issued.
      3.   Allow a maximum of thirty (30) days for compliance from date of notice unless weather and climatic conditions require a greater time period.
      4.   Be served upon the owner, either personally or by regular mail.
   B.   Whenever, upon inspection of the licensed homeless shelter facility the inspection department finds that conditions or practices exist which are in violation of the provisions of this chapter or of any applicable rules and regulations pursuant thereto, it shall serve notice in accordance with this section. This notice shall state that, unless the requirements are complied with by the specified date, the homeless shelter facility operation shall be suspended. At the end of the time allowed for correction of any violation cited, the inspection department shall reinspect the homeless shelter facility, and, if it is determined that such conditions have not been corrected, the inspection department shall issue an order suspending the homeless shelter facility operation for a definite period of time. If, upon reinspection after suspension, the inspection department finds that the homeless shelter facility in connection with which the notice was issued is now in compliance with this chapter and with applicable rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto, it shall reinstate the license.
