3-22-3: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:
Application shall be made on a written form provided by the inspection department. The application shall be submitted to the building inspector annually. A license shall have a term of one year from December 1 to November 30 of the following year. Licenses shall be issued by the building inspector after an inspection determines that the premises in question are in compliance with this chapter.
   A.   All applications for a homeless shelter facility license shall be received prior to the December 1 license year starting date for each year. Any application received by the inspection department on or after December 1 or postmarked prior to December 1 but received after December 5 shall be assessed a late fee charge of ten dollars ($10.00).
   B.   All owners or agents shall schedule a time for inspection to occur within thirty (30) days of the starting date of the new license year. The owner or agent shall be present for an inspection to occur. One reinspection, if required, shall be scheduled by the owner or agent to occur prior to January 31 without cost. Any inspections scheduled contrary to the above dates will require a twenty five dollar ($25.00) late inspection fee for each inspection and/or reinspection. For any new written requirement issued during that license year after the initial inspection, the reinspection for that new written requirement only shall be without cost.
   C.   License fees shall be paid at the time of application.
   D.   Late inspection fees shall be paid prior to time of inspection. (Ord. 2013-20, 11-18-2013)
