3-22-1: LICENSE REQUIRED; DEFINITIONS:

No person, firm, corporation or other organization shall operate or maintain a homeless shelter facility in the city without first having obtained a license thereof as required under this chapter.

HOMELESS SHELTER FACILITY: Any facility with overnight sleeping accommodations, the primary purpose of which is to provide temporary shelter for the homeless in general or for specific populations of the homeless. (Ord. 2013-20, 11-18-2013)
