3-1-3: CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK:
   A.   When applications are being reviewed for the following registrations, licenses and permits, the chief of police shall be required to obtain a criminal history check from the Wisconsin department of justice crime information bureau:
      1.   Cabaret licensees, chapter 4 of this title.
      2.   Public dance and public dance halls, chapter 5 of this title.
      3.   Youth amusement enterprise and youth amusement enterprise supervisor, chapter 6 of this title.
      4.   Massage therapy facilities, chapter 8 of this title.
      5.   Adult oriented establishments, chapter 9 of this title.
      6.   Transient merchants, chapter 12 of this title.
      7.   Pawnbrokers, chapter 13 of this title.
      8.   Taxicab and taxicab drivers, chapter 14 of this title.
      9.   Mobile home park licensees, chapter 17 of this title.
      10.   Secondhand article dealers and secondhand jewelry dealers, chapter 20 of this title.
      11.   Fireworks sales, subsection 5-1-3F of this code. (Ord. 2013-04, 2-4-2013)

   B.   The investigation fee for the criminal history check is hereby established as ten dollars ($10.00). This fee shall be paid by the applicant and shall be in addition to the license fees established for the licenses and permits referenced in subsection A of this section. (Ord. 2013-04, 2-4-2013)
