References to specific statutory or administrative code provisions whenever used in this title shall mean the Wisconsin statutes or administrative code provisions in existence as of the effective date of the ordinance referencing such provision or provisions. Any future amendments, revisions, or modifications of the statutes or administrative code provisions incorporated or made reference to herein are intended to be made a part of this title in order to secure uniform statewide regulation of licensing of intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverages as well as other licensure regulated by statute and/or city ordinance.
