A. Fees for all licenses and permits established by this title shall be paid at the time of license application.
B. In addition to any license fees imposed or other penalties permitted to be imposed by this title, the clerk shall charge a late penalty charge of ten dollars ($10.00) for each application for renewal of any license or permit issuable under this title, if such application is not received by the clerk prior to the commencement of the license year. The late penalty charge shall be paid at the time of license or permit application. (1975 Code Ch. 13 § XXIV)
