Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall pay a forfeiture of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on every day on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2023-11, 4-3-2023)
