3-23-9: RECORDS:

The Chief of Police, Fire Chief, or Chief Building Inspector or their designee, shall report to the City Clerk all violations of this Chapter issued to the licensee of the Mobile Food Establishment or any Mobile Vendor of the Mobile Food Establishment. The City Clerk shall note any such violation on the record of the Mobile Food Establishment and Mobile Vendor. (Ord. 2021-06, 8-16-2021)
