3-23-8: ENFORCEMENT:
The enforcement of this Chapter shall be under the jurisdiction of the Fire Chief, Police Chief, or Chief Building Inspector or their designee, who shall have the power to inspect to determine compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 2021-06, 8-16-2021)
