3-23-7: RENEWAL:
The license holder shall, on an annual basis, file a renewal form provided by the City Clerk's Office and renewal fee as established by the Common Council prior to the expiration of the license, and such renewal shall be processed in the same manner as the initial application. (Ord. 2021-06, 8-16-2021)
