A. All applicants for a new Mobile Food Establishment License and any applicants applying for a renewal of their Mobile Food Establishment License shall pay an annual license fee in the amount of $50.00 and an annual investigation fee of $10.00.
B. Licenses shall commence on July 1 and end on June 30 of each calendar year. Licenses applied for and granted after July 1 shall expire the following June 30. License fees shall not be pro-rated.
C. The Mobile Food Establishment License is non-transferrable from person to person or mobile vending vehicle or cart to another mobile vending vehicle or cart.
D. Each Mobile Vendor or Mobile Food Establishment shall be separately licensed.
E. Any Mobile Vendor and any Mobile Food Establishment shall comply with NFPA-1 Fire Code and Wisconsin Administrative Code SPS 314.50. (Ord. 2021-06, 8-16-2021)
