3-23-5: GENERAL OPERATION RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Mobile Food Establishments may be operated between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
   B.   Any power required for a Mobile Food Establishment shall not be drawn from the public right-of-way utilities. No power cable or equipment shall be extended over any City street, alley or sidewalk.
   C.   No Mobile Vendor or Mobile Food Establishment shall use or maintain any outside sound amplifying equipment, or noisemakers of any kind, while stationary.
   D.   Mobile Vendors shall be responsible for providing ample trash/refuse receptacles for its Mobile Food Establishment and shall be responsible for removing such receptacles at the conclusion of sales. Trash or refuse from the Mobile Food Establishment's receptacles shall not be placed in any public or private trash receptacles, including dumpsters, without the private trash receptacle's owner's consent.
   E.   Mobile Vendors shall take every precaution to ensure that the operation of their Mobile Food Establishment does not materially affect the peace and welfare of the general public nor cause any unreasonably loud, disturbing, and/or unnecessary noise or any other noise of any character, intensity or duration as to be detrimental or disturbing to the public peace or welfare.
   F.   The Mobile Food Establishment License shall be displayed on the mobile vending vehicle or cart used for the Mobile Food Establishment during any and all hours of operation. (Ord. 2021-06, 8-16-2021)
