Except as provided herein, any licensed Mobile Food Establishment and any of its Mobile Vendors agree to abide by the following restrictions:
A. To not operate upon or in the public road right-of-way, public grounds, or public alleys;
B. To ensure no vending takes place in a public street except from the curbside;
C. To comply with all state and municipal traffic and parking laws at all times;
D. To ensure no vending takes place on a State Trunk Highway, U.S. Highway or County Trunk Highway unless such highway is legally closed for an event;
E. To not impede the free use of a sidewalk if operating on a sidewalk or indicate the Mobile Food Establishment has exclusive rights to a certain location; and
F. In the event the Mobile Food Establishment is operating on private, nonresidential property, to obtain written consent of the private property owner. (Ord. 2021-06, 8-16-2021)
