§ 2.15.010 AUTHORITY AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICE.
   The Office of the City Treasurer is established pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code § 36501. The City Treasurer shall be appointed by the City Manager. The City Manager may appoint himself as the City Treasurer.
