§ 2.10.010 AUTHORITY AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICE.
   The Office of the City Clerk is established pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code § 36501. The City Clerk shall be appointed by the City Manager. The City Manager may appoint himself or herself as the City Clerk.
