§ 15.04.090 PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
   Except as set out in § 15.04.080(D) above, the provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the city by any legally available means, including but not limited to administrative citation. Any violation of this chapter (including a violation of the restrictions in § 15.04.080 shall constitute a public nuisance.
