§ 5.80.020 APPLICABILITY.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all mobile home parks located within the city unless otherwise exempt from the provisions of this chapter. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to supersede any provision of the Cal. Civil Code §§ 798 et seq., and as it may be amended.
