§ 5.01.240 UNLAWFUL BUSINESS.
   A determination under this chapter may be appealed as set out in Menifee Municipal Code § 2.04.050. No business license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be construed as authorizing the conduct of or continuance of any occupation, use or activity of any kind which is prohibited by this Municipal Code, state or federal law or regulation.
