§ 7.75.010 PURPOSE.
   This chapter establishes criteria for the dedication of land or payment of in-lieu fees for the development of new, or rehabilitation or enhancement of existing community parks or recreational facilities in accordance with Cal. Gov’t Code § 66477 and other applicable law.
