§ 7.45.040 APPROVING AUTHORITY.

The designated approval authority as specified in § 7.05.020 (Responsibilities and Authorities) shall review the application and shall issue a certificate of compliance or a conditional certificate of compliance

or deny issuance of a certificate of compliance or a conditional certificate of compliance.
