§ 1.03.090 HEARING OFFICER.

The City Manager shall designate one or more Hearing Officers for the administrative citation hearing. The employment performance evaluation, compensation and any benefit of the Hearing Officer shall not be directly or indirectly conditioned upon the amount of any administrative citation fines that could be upheld by the Hearing Officer.
