A business license of any type may be reinstated by the Finance Director or his/her designee if the business license was canceled or was expired and the business continued business operations within the city. Reinstatement of a business license may include the submittal of a reinstatement application and payment of any accrued penalties, reinstatement fee(s), or any additional fees as set by City Council.
