(A) Any small wireless facility constructed in violation of this chapter after the effective date of this chapter, or in violation of any prior ordinance or regulation, is subject to immediate abatement.
(B) Any facility that would qualify as a small wireless facility by these standards that was lawfully constructed prior to the effective date of this chapter shall be considered a legal nonconforming use, unless it otherwise runs afoul of those laws and regulations that existed at the time of its construction.
