§ 14.01.010 APPLICABILITY.
   The following procedures and standards shall apply to any applications for any permit to install a small wireless facility throughout the entirety of the City of Menifee ("City") within the public rights-of-way. No small wireless facility may be installed in such locations without complying with the requirements and procedures of this chapter.
