§ 10.06.070 POSSESSION UNLAWFUL WITHOUT ADEQUATE RESTRAINT.

It is unlawful for a person to have the custody of or own or possess an animal that is restricted as above provided, unless the animal continues to be restrained or confined to prevent it from being at large or from causing damage to any property or injury to any person or other animal. Any person who violates any imposed restriction is guilty of misdemeanor.
