§ 10.04.200 PROHIBITION OF SALES OR THE GIVING AWAY OF DOGS AND CATS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall offer for sale or sell or give away or transfer for adoption any cat, kitten, dog, puppy, or any other animal on any public street, public sidewalk, or public park.
