By no later than December 31st of each year, the city's independent auditors shall complete a financial audit report to include the revenue raised and expended by this tax to be reflected in the city's budget. The audit shall review whether the tax revenues collected pursuant to this chapter are collected, managed and expended in accordance with the adopting ordinance.
