For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GRAFFITI.
Any unauthorized inscription, word, figure, mark, symbol or design that is marked, etched, scratched, drawn or painted on any part of any real or personal property.
