It is unlawful for any person to smoke, consume, or to dispose of any lighted match or cigarette, marijuana, marijuana cigarette, for either recreational or medical use, cigar ashes or any flaming or glowing substance in any area of any park or open space managed by the City Manager/Community Services Department and specifically designated by sign as a prohibited smoking areas by the City Manager/Community Services Department.
