§ 1.02.020 DESIGN OF SEAL.
   The design has been enhanced by elements adopted by the City Council. The seal shall be circular in form, not less than two inches in diameter. Around its circumference, on the top, shall appear the words “City of Menifee,” and at the bottom, “October 1, 2008.” And within, the word “Menifee” in a gold banner.
