§ 2.30.120 SECRETARY.
   The City Manager, or his or her designee, shall act as secretary to the Parks, Recreation and Trails Commission, and shall be the custodian of its records, conduct official correspondence, and coordinate the clerical and technical work of the Commission in administering the provisions of this chapter.
