§ 2.30.050 VACANCY.
   An unexpected vacancy in a Parks, Recreation, and Trails Commissioners' term (i.e., one occurring other than by expiration) shall be filled by the appointing City Council member for the remainder of the term after posting as provided by Cal. Gov't Code § 54974.
