(A) Except as hereinafter modified or changed, the 1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, published by the International Conference of Building Officials is hereby adopted by reference as the Menifee Dangerous Building Code and incorporated into this title.
(B) A copy of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.
