§ 6.20.110 COLLECTION OF MANURE COLLECTION SERVICE CHARGES.
   Should the owner or occupant of any property in the city fail, refuse or neglect to pay in accordance with the provisions in this chapter, the manure collection service charge assessed, then all costs incurred by the city shall be recoverable by the city and charged against the real property.
