§ 12.20.040 REMOVAL OF VEHICLE FROM CITY HIGHWAY.
   Any vehicle parked or left standing on any city highway in violation of this chapter may be removed pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Vehicle Code §§ 22650 and 22850 and Chapter 12.01 of this Code.
