The license holder shall be responsible for the conduct of its agents or employees while they are on the licensed retail establishment. Any violation of this chapter shall be considered an act of the license holder for purposes of imposing a civil penalty or license suspension. Each violation, and every day in which a violation occurs or continues, shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 536, 11-20-2018, eff. 3-1-2019)
