A. Intoxicated Persons: No person may sell, give, furnish, or in any way procure for another alcoholic beverages for the use of an obviously intoxicated person.
B. Consumption On Unlicensed Premises: No person shall consume or mix or prepare intoxicating liquor for consumption in any public place not licensed or authorized in accordance with the ordinances of the City of Mendota Heights and the State of Minnesota. (Ord. 511, 6-20-2017, eff. 7-1-2017)
