12-4-6: PUBLISHED ACTUAL CONTOURS ADOPTED:

A. The Metropolitan Airport commission publishes a map of actual noise contours annually as a part of their noise contour analysis. The preceding year's actual noise contour map shall be used to determine the DNL for application of noise attenuation standards. The MAC annual noise contour analysis is maintained by the Metropolitan Airport commission. (Ord. 440, 12-6-2011)
