A. Each license to sell alcoholic beverages shall be issued to the applicant only and shall not be transferable to another holder. Each license shall be issued only for the premises described in the application. No license may be transferred to another place without the approval of the City Council.
B. The City Council shall investigate all facts set out in the application for a liquor license. The Council shall grant or refuse the application in its discretion. No off-sale, wine, or club license shall become effective until the Commissioner has approved it. (Ord. 511, 6-20-2017, eff. 7-1-2017)
